We want you to be entirely happy with your labelsaymine pieces. If something is not right, here is how to return it.
14-day right of withdrawal
EU consumers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
How to return
- Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will send you the return address and a returns note within one working day.
- Pack the item(s) securely with the original tags attached.
- Post the parcel to us with a tracked service.
Condition
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached and — where possible — in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct value from your refund if the item has been used beyond what is needed to try it on.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price (and, for a full order return, the original standard shipping cost) within 14 days, via the original payment method.
Return shipping cost
For EU customers, return shipping is [FREE / at your cost]. For non-EU customers, return shipping is at your cost.
Non-returnable
Custom-made pieces and items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
